Aprica was incorporated in Mauritius in March 2014 as an Investment Holding Company in partnership with SWAN, the leader in Insurance and investment solutions in Mauritius.

Aprica is an investment vehicle set up to specifically invest in the insurance sector in Sub Saharan Africa. Aprica is a Strategic and active investor providing both capital and skills to investee companies.

We make long-term investments of up to USD20 million in insurance companies in Sub-Saharan Africa.
